Step 3: Press the 'Pairing' button for for 2-
3 seconds separately on both the
HB-Tx Transmitter module and on
the right side of the HB-RU
Receiver until the LED flashes

Note:
Steady flash indicates that the
units are looking for an ID match.

Step 1: Press the power (PWR) button on the
HB-Rx receiver module for Channel 1.
Power ON = Blue LED flashing.
Step 2: P
ress the ON/ OFF button on the
HB-RU Receiver.
ON = Blue LED flashing or Blue LED
steady.
Tip: if the LED's on both units (HB-Tx and
HB-RU receiver) continue flashing then pro-
ceed to Step 3 'Pairing'. If the LED's are solid
(ON, but not flashing) then the units linked
themselves and are ready to broadcast. Go
to Step 5 'Volume'.

is 1 meter / 3 feet.
Step 5: The HB-RU Volume (+/-) buttons are software defined and provide
BOTH volume and Channel selection. Volume is achieved with
momentary (1) second or less 'taps'. Channel 1 and Channel 2 selec-
tion is achieved via a 'PRESS AND HOLD' operation for (5) seconds.

and must be accom-
plished within 1M / 3

Step 4: Locate the IR lens on the Left side of
the HB-RU Receiver unit (opposite
side from the pairing button). While
both units are in the pairing-ready
mode; point the Receiver IR lens at
the HB-Tx module LED / IR lens
from a maximum distance of 1 meter
/ 3 feet for at least 3-4 seconds. The
alternating blue/red flash sequence
will commence a FAST FLASHING
SEQUENCE FOR 2-3 SECONDS
resulting in a SOLID blue LED condi-
tion indicating that the link is made
and broadcasting can begin.
Paired = Blue LED Solid.
